Yoga Storytelling
YOGA BRINGS OUT CREATIVITY in my students! One of the many reasons that I love practicing Yoga and teaching Yoga is because it allows me to tune into my creative spirit. Teaching yoga and the creative arts is the perfect balance. It is so inspiring to watch the children tune into their creative abilities while coloring their mandalas. While they were coloring, the students appeared to be relaxed and their minds calm and solely focused on the mandalas! This is why I love what I do! The students really enjoy storytelling through yoga. It gives them an opportunity to be imaginative, work as a team, and to express their poetic voices.
